According to the statistics of the General Department of Customs, Vietnam’s exports to the Thai market in the first 10 months of 2020 reached US $ 4.05 billion, down 10.12% over the same period in 2019. In particular in October 2020, export turnover reached US $ 431.66 million, down 2.33% from the previous month.
Among many groups of goods exported to Thailand, the top in turnover is the group of phones and accessories with 628.78 million USD, accounting for 15.50% of the total export turnover of luxury goods. this market, down 43.21% over the same period last year. Ranked No. 2 in turnover are computers, electronic products and components with 376.56 million USD, up 1.43%, accounting for 9.28%. In the first 10 months of 2020, a number of products exported to Thailand grew strongly: iron and steel exports increased by 78.56%; fruit and vegetable export increased by 174.99%; gemstone and precious metal exports increased 32.59%; fertilizer increased by 28.88%.
Some export items fell sharply over the same period last year: exports of iron and steel products decreased 34.93%; types of petrol and oil decreased 79.59%; pepper decreased by 28.32%.
Exports to Singapore reached 2.44 billion USD in the first 10 months of 2020

According to preliminary statistics of the General Department of Customs, exports to the Philippines market in the first 10 months of the year reached 2.97 billion, down 7.83% over the same period in 2019. In October 2020 alone. export turnover reached 267.13 million USD.
The Philippines is currently the 5th largest trading partner of Vietnam in ASEAN and one of the potential markets of Vietnam in recent years.
Topping the list is rice, this is the most Vietnamese commodity exported to the Philippines in the first 10 months of the year with a turnover of over $ 868.66 million, up 8.45% over the same period in 2019, accounting for 29, 20% of the total import turnover of all kinds of goods to this market. In October alone, rice export turnover reached US $ 25.18 million.
Clinker and cement exports ranked second in turnover, reaching $ 254.05 million, accounting for 8.54% of the proportion of exports to the Philippines, up 12.28% over the same period last year. 2019, in October 2020 alone, it reached 21.27 million USD. Ranked No. 3 in export turnover is the group of machinery, equipment, tools and other spare parts with 251.52 million USD, down 7.06% over the same period in 2019.
Notably, coal export turnover increased by more than 5 times compared to the same period last year, reaching 2.68 million USD in the first 10 months of 2020.

In which, iron and steel of all kinds accounted for the largest proportion of 20.1%, reaching 680.76 million USD, down 19.05% over the same period. Next is textiles and garments, accounting for 14.82%, reaching 501.97 million USD, up 1.1% over the same period.
In the first 10 months of the year, the turnover dropped the most by 42.75%, among the hundreds of millions USD items, the petroleum products of all kinds, reaching 204.79 million USD. This item also decreased by 43.47% in October 2020 alone, reaching 13.52 million USD.
The biggest drop in the 27 items exported to Cambodia in the first 10 months of the year was glass and glass products with 68.36%. However, this item accounts for a very small proportion, with only 0.05% reaching 1.54 million USD.
