The shipper must register for quarantine with the relevant veterinary authority. This process includes filling out and submitting the quarantine application, which can be done via email or direct submission. Once the application has been reviewed, the veterinary authority will carry out the quarantine procedures and issue the certificate within five working days if all requirements are met.

Organizations and individuals exporting animals subject to quarantine requirements must submit a quarantine application. If the application is complete, the veterinary authority will, within one working day, inform the applicant of the location and time for the quarantine inspection. The quarantine certificate will be issued within five days if the requirements are met.
